Welcome New, Aspiring and Wannabe Indie Authors
I'd love to help you have an amazing, creative, fun and successful 2015. Indie authors should unite, separately, in our own homes, because we tend to be introverts who love solitude. That's how we get the writing done. But we need to connect and support each other too. That's what cyberspace is for.
2014 has been an exciting year for me, with three new Kindle books launched, over 100 reviews posted online by readers, and lots of support, success, thrills, spills and laughs on the sharp and slippery learning curve of being an indie author.
I’d LOVE you to have a similar year, so please consider doing one or more of the following right now:
Sign up for my free online newsletter so we can keep in touch. It also means you’ll get a chance to grab a free copy of every single Kindle book I release this year (and I plan to launch at least six!)
Download a free copy of my short report Fifty Self-Publishing Resources For Authors. Simply click that link and hit the download button. No strings attached.
Check out my resources page to see exactly which tools and resources I use to save time and money in my writing and publishing business. Oh and take a look at the books for writers I keep on my bookshelf (or Kindle) too.
If you’re a Facebook regular join me in the Facebook group for indie authors, Candid Conversations on Everything Books. It doesn’t matter if you’ve published dozens of books, or are thinking about writing your first. I’ve just been offered the post of Admin over there and will be offering lots of advice, support and conversations about writing and publishing so you don’t feel alone.
Browse my blog, where you’ll find advice for authors, book reviews and author interviews, including authors chatting about how they market their books.
Follow me on Twitter, where I share lots of information, useful links, and free resources for writers and authors.
I now have six Kindle books out. Most of them, including the bestselling Free Tools For Writers, Bloggers And Solopreneurs, are currently free to borrow if you’re a Kindle Unlimited subscriber or an Amazon Prime member. If you're not, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime right now: Just click here.
No Kindle? No problem. Download the free app and read Kindle books on most other devices. To find out how click here.
Want more information on my ebooks? Find it here, or check out details, ratings and reviews on Amazon.
I’m Branching Out
Two of my ebooks, 52 Tips For Freelance Writers and How To Start Your Freelance Writing Career From Scratch are now also available at most other ebook stores, including iBooks, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, and Smashwords.
Unfortunately this means they're not free to borrow on Amazon, but they are available free if you're a subscriber to Scribd.com. I'm experimenting to find the best way to make my work accessible to as many readers as possible.
